This is free to join. They will email you survey opportunities. It takes 30 seconds to sign up and they payment is through your paypal account. If you want to get paid for your opinion go and join. They also have codes if you follow them as well.
Opinion Outpost
Another free opinion site. Just take simple surveys. They also pay out with PayPal. You need at least 100 points or $10 to redeem.
Swagbucks
I just love Swagbucks. I really started using it last year and I was able to get my son a free subscription for Xbox live gold for a year. Just by doing what I always do. Online shopping, watching videos, daily poll, searching the internet, printing and using coupons and others.

Ebates like SwagBucks but all you need to do is shop. You get a certain percentage back for every order you place. Well depending on if they offer it or not. Joining both Ebates and SwagBucks together are another choice. I did it.
CheckOut 51
Get money back, like using a coupon, for doing what you always do. Going shopping. Lately I have seen diaper rebates. You can request payment once you hit $20. They send it as a check. No big deal. Join CheckOut 51.
Ibotta
Like CheckOut 51, but I have actually earned more back. I have gotten back since joining Ibotta over $100. They have teamwork which earns you extra cash back for completing it and they sometimes also offer cash back if you complete certain tasks. They make payment through PayPal once you hit $20.
